What warranties are available?
The company offers a one-year parts warranty on all Lorob Bees branded vaporizers and a two-year parts warranty on all InstantVap branded vaporizers, covering a broad range of issues. It's important to note that damages resulting from improper exposure, such as leaving the product outside or water damage, are not covered due to the electrical nature of these products.

For any concerns or issues, customers are encouraged to reach out through the Contact Us page on our website. Our team is dedicated to providing fast and efficient responses via email, ensuring that all inquiries receive the attention they deserve. Should a unit require repair, customers may be asked to ship it to our facility. We request that customers cover the shipping costs to us, and we will handle the repair, retesting, and return shipping.
