The parts that wear

A plunger o-ring, a cleaning cap and a spare plunger are the three things worth keeping in the bag. The o-ring is a $3 part that keeps the dose accurate; the cap keeps acid off the threads between hives; a spare plunger means a jammed dispenser doesn't end the day. Everything else — the insulation roof, support rod, extended nozzles, adapters for Hive-IQ and Apimaye hives, carry cases — is about comfort and speed rather than keeping the unit running.
