Why we make these here

None of these are new inventions. What sets them apart is the manufacturing: we run our own injection molding, we pick the resin, and we add the UV stabilizer and colorant that keep a part from going brittle after two summers on a hive. If we did not print "Made in USA" on them, you would still know from the feel. Read about the shop on our injection molding page.

The entrance dial is the one most beekeepers start with — it replaces the wooden entrance reducer with a dial you turn, and comes in a 150-count mixed-color case for clubs and sideliners. When to reduce and when to open back up is covered in this guide.
