2. Unshipped Orders:

   • Orders that have not yet been shipped are eligible for a 100% refund.

3. Returns within 30 Days:

   • Products delivered can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in its original condition, suitable for restocking.
   • There will be a 5% restocking fee for these returns.

4. Used or Damaged Products:
