Warranty Coverage
All InstantVap oxalic acid vaporizers include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty covers the unit components listed below, excluding the physical plunger (a wear item).
Warranty does not cover water damage of any kind.

Below is a simple overview of what our service covers, typical costs, and what to expect once your unit arrives.
Service Rates
We aim to keep service affordable. Non-warranty service is billed at a one-hour minimum, at a rate of $25 per hour, plus parts.
Parts costs typically range from $25–$75 per item, depending on the component.

If you’re unsure what’s needed, we’ll diagnose the unit once received and confirm the recommended repair before proceeding.
Turnaround Time
Lorob Bees targets a 1–2 business day turnaround on most service units once they arrive. (Shipping time is separate.)
Important Notes
Please package your unit securely for transit. If there is visible moisture, corrosion, or water intrusion, warranty coverage may not apply.

If your unit is within the 2-year warranty period and has not experienced water damage, please email us to request a prepaid shipping label: lorobbees@gmail.com

For service work, please ship your unit to the service address below and include a note inside the package with the following:

To ensure consistent and secure receipt of incoming vaporizers for service, we utilize a dedicated private residential address for shipping purposes. This location is not our public shop or warehouse in downtown Baltimore and is not open to visitors. Please use this address strictly for shipping service units only.
