Frame Scraper (Revision 8)

A handheld billet-aluminum frame cleaner built around blunt cutting faces—so you can remove propolis, burr comb, and buildup without chewing up your woodware like a razor-sharp hive tool.

Why we built it

• Collect more. Wax and propolis are valuable—this design helps you lift and peel buildup instead of shredding it or leaving it behind.
• Clean faster with less damage. Hive tools are universal… and usually sharp. Sharp edges can gouge wood and still miss stubborn spots.
• Frames stuck in the box? Work the mating surfaces between frames and the box to break propolis bonds and get things moving again.

What it does best

• Scrapes propolis and burr comb clean without aggressive “digging”
• Resets the contact points so frames sit correctly and inspections go smoother
• Helps reduce the need for excessive force when frames are glued together

Small run: This is only our second public metal batch (Revision 8). Quantities are limited, and the next run happens based on how fast this one moves.
