"Didn’t want this to go out but very dissatisfied. Went out the other day for the first time this season to begin the vaping process for the winter. Took out the Telescopic Rod and could NOT get it to extend. Finally, I took a towel and vice grips and broke the first section loose but that is as far as it will go. I would have sent it back already but in the return policy I noticed that it said it had to be unused and unmaked. The vice grips cause two minor dings in the black outer coating so did mot know if I should still return it or not. Its practically useless qs it its too short to use. Am I doing some thing wrong???"

Multi tasking

"Hi I ordered one to try. I was so impressed I ordered a second for my second machine . I go in to the back of my hives and the support rods free me up to prep and stay ahead . While helping a friend I let him try one of my support rods . . he was so impressed. He said it's a must have. I am debating on ordering it for him. Just to make sure he follows through and gets one . . I have another friend bee keeper we work bees together . . . I can wait to let him try it. This is an amazing add on."
