What is the returns policy?
Lorob Bees accepts returns of unused and undamaged products without a restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Our policy is designed with customer satisfaction in mind; however, we do not typically sell refurbished units unless under special circumstances. If refurbished units are not listed as in stock on our website, we do not have any available for sale to new customers.
For orders that were filled correctly as ordered, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the rare case that an order was placed correctly but fulfilled incorrectly, Lorob Bees will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the correct items to rectify the fulfillment error.
