"The pens work great, better than other markers I have used, ink dries fast. Importantly the customer service is great. UPS lost my package, not a lot of value involved but the rigamarole I had to go through with them, including not being able to talk to a live agent made me want to throw my hands up and give in. One call to Lorob and Rob had new pens on the way, no questions asked. I’m not suggesting he would handle all similar shipping questions in the same fashion but his willingness to solve the issue and putting it in the rearview mirror rather than dragging it out was very refreshing in these days of telephone menus; digital or voice chats with AI, and other non human ways most companies have gone to."
